How much "zeroing" did you have to do when switching the scope from upper to upper?

Downrange we set up three targets, the far left target was set up for plinking with the different loads, but we seldom used it, the second target was for zeroing and the last target was set up for the actual test. We zeroed each rifle in with about 5 or so shots using a spotting scope and the Leupold scope.
So each rifle actually warmed up a bit prior to having its best group captured. Having the three targets downrange also meant that if we screwed up on targets 2 or 3 we could move to target one. That option also opened us up to being able to use the zero group as the target group if the rifle zeroed right away.
But to answer the question directly it was about 5 shots to zero each upper in after the swap.
