Here's one. Ignore the .38 rounds. They were for artistic purposes only, I assure you.

And I have a family photo that includes a K22, if that helps...

And some random others.

And here's my 586 trying different grips.

Smith & Wesson M&P 340pd .357

and a pre-1930's S&W .38 special that my grandfather gave me. it's got a REALLY sweet, smooth trigger pull in d/a and an extremely light s/a pull.

Man, that 340PD...ouch! I shot my dad's scandium .357 once, and even with Crimson Trace grips over the backstrap, using it for self defense would involve a difficult choice: "On one hand, this guy is trying to stab me. On the other hand, shooting him would require firing this gun..."

To contribute, some random revolver photos:

Remington 1858 cap-and-ball in .44:

Another .44, albeit slightly more modern. Ruger Redhawk .44 Magnum:

S&W Model 60, an early version not rated for +P:

This last image is a bit outdated, as I now use Buffalo Bore standard-pressure 158 grain LSWCHPs.

Finally, one of my favorites, a K22. This sucker was modified for some German pistol shooting team and combines in one revolver the best DA and SA triggers I've ever felt. It's so accurate that at 25 yards, shooting DA, you can choose which end of the pop can to hit. The downside? The forcing cone gap is so tight that the cylinder will start binding within the first hundred rounds.

yeah it's a bit on the painful side to shoot. when it gets range time i don't fire too much .357 through it, the .38 special is alot more enjoyable in that little cannon.
